They contacted me through LinkedIn. Had a phone interview that lasted for +- 45 min, standard competence based questions. also focused a lot on metrics/data from my past jobs. They invited me for a face to face interview in Amsterdam, all costs covered by the company. They offered 2 nights in a hotel, which was nice, could also enjoy the city for an extra day I was in their offices for bit more than 3 hours: 3 interviews, the first two very technical and the third, with the " big boss", was more of a personal (what do you like, who are you, etc). Everyone was super nice from the beginning, even though I did not get an offer it was a positive experience
