Entrevista
I applied on a Tuesday, got a call to schedule the interview on a Saturday and had the interview on Tuesday. The interview was at 11:00 and I arrived 15 minutes early. They gave me some papers to read and told me to wait in the cafe. The interviewer came at around 11:10 and the interview lasted about 20 minutes. She asked me to tell her about myself, asked about previous jobs/experience, what days/hours I would be availiable, and a few "what would you do if..." questions. She explained the job to me and also the benefits. She explained that it was a sales job and all employees are required to offer and sell a certain amount of discount cards. She also asked what type of books i liked, my favorite book and why, etc. I also told her that I was starting college in the summer and she asked to bring in my class schedule when I got it and she would be in touch. And I said I would bring it the next week when I would get classes scheduled.
The interview was great. We chatted a lot about books, which was a nice indicator to me that there was an emphasis on providing good customer service. Other questions were pretty run of the mill. Very normal retail interview. They also asked about my school schedule, so we could work out a work schedule.

It was a very easy interview. It read like a conversation about topics I enjoy. No difficult questions, and the tone was very casual. I felt at ease, and the whole thing didn't last more than 10 minutes.
