While initially I had a positive experience. Once we got to the end of the process, I put together a lot of pieces that ultimately left me feeling disrespected as a person and as a candidate. I was excited about chatting with the CEO and the director of people operations but the other interviewers that I met in marketing and product left me feeling worthless. Ever been in an interview and you just know that they're not listening to you at all but they're making judgments already? It's obvious because they're not even looking at you and are more focused on taking notes and looking at another screen than they are at engaging with your responses. They barely smile. They rush you off the call despite already being late. Ask them a question that requires critical thinking and you're going to be automatically deemed problematic. Good thing they are hiring for a recruiter because they really need somebody that will train them better.

Pretty standard questions. They ask you about your approach - How you solve problems? They'll be curious about recruiting metrics, your tech stack and how you've collaborated with different internal teams.

Entrevista
Really quick process and turnaround time. I had two conversations with the hiring manager (the second was more "technical") and spoke with one of the founders and a partner within the business.
I ultimately didn't get the role but my experience with each person was really positive. Everyone was engaged and open to questions.
