Initial HR screening call, recruiter reached out to me in LinkedIn and suggested for to call me at certain time & date, never happen. Followed up with her and just went dark without any reason. I don't mind if we can't proceed but at least you have to notify the candidate. Totally unprofessional and just hurt the brand of yourself and the company
