It was a well defined interview process with the following rounds: 1. HR Screening 2. Hiring Manager 3. Leader in Associated Group 4. Panel Interview Overall the interviews were scheduled in a timely manner and the TA team was very responsive. The HR interview went through many screening questions from the Hiring manager. The Hiring Manager and Leader rounds were more to do with setting up expectation for the role and explaining how the role fits in the org. The panel interview was a mock assessment that evaluated the ability to perform the role, critical thinking and problem solving approach
