Entrevista
I was scheduled to have an interview with a recruiter, and never received a call. I checked my email after waiting for about ten minutes, and a different recruiter sent me an email a couple minutes after my scheduled interview time saying that they were closing the position and not moving forward with that position. Some transparency and better planning on their part would have been appreciated ahead of time, as opposed to waiting for a phone call.

When the hiring manager you are interviewing with cannot explain the function of your job or the complexity of the business, look elsewhere.
I removed myself from the candidate pool.

First-round with hiring manager
Then take home technical
After that, 3 rounds with different people.
two of the people said they like me and think I'm a good fit. Then I got ghosted and never got a response after going through 4 rounds + a technical.
I feel like I deserve an answer all these rounds.
