Very informal process. It seemed as if they had already found a candidate, they asked only a few questions. Manager asked me about myself, hobbies and interests. Basically went through my CV and they asked me a few questions about it.

Simple and easy Online assessment followed by an in person interview. The in person interview is more detailed to know you better and helps you understand the job role and what is expected.
