Applied online, had to do 2 online assessments one 20min, one 60min. Contacted for an interview few days after. Interview said it would be one hour but was there for 1hr 20. Lots of experience/example questions. Small part was actual interview, more time was being shown around shop floor and shadowing staff. Ask lots of questions, be really smiley, enthusiastic and ask about progression routes :) they are looking for customer service and your personality more than anything.

Asked a couple questions about what I did at school, the interviewer was very friendly. Had a good experience, quite relaxed too. Was called back promptly and told I got the job.
