Had an Initial interview with the Practice Manager with all the normal competency questions. Was successful so invited to a second interview with the regional manager present. Many of the same questions asked. Finally, a third interview with a manager at another branch for which I was offered the position. This interview was friendly and included a tour of the practice and a chat with some other members of staff.
The interview was done entirely on teams with both the practice manager and regional manager. It was very basic with questions around my CV. I felt as if I was leading the interview more than they were by guiding them to my experiance and knowledge.
