Had a referral from a friend, who passes along my resume. It took them about two weeks to contact me, and a phone interview was scheduled. The phone interview consisted of talking to two employees who were part of the managing the interns. They asked basic questions from my resume and asked what my strengths were and what I was interested in. They also asked one or two basic programming questions. I was contacted a week later with an offer.
