Was called by a recruiter on the phone. The recruiter asked me what the salary range I wanted was, I quoted 45-55k. They invited me to an interview at a hotel where I met with several panels which consisted of different IT teams. Spoke to each of them for 15 min like a speed date for an hour and a half. After that the interview was over. Month and a half later I received an offer for 72k

The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.
