Was contacted by the recruiter and then set up for a panel interview. Panel interview was not conducted properly because the job they were interviewing for did not match the job description that was provided to the candidates to apply.

This was a weird experience, I initially got a call from the recruiter, who then said that they would put me in for 3 interviews in half hour blocks each across 3 different teams. Each interview was half an hour and the first one was a technical Data Architect role with a fully funded project. The second was a quick 30 minute conversation about infrastructure and that program was no funded. The last conversation was about a Technical Lead role for Big Data. In the end the 30 minute non-funded project extended an offer. It was so weird and shady I had to decline and the salary was not enough.
