Entrevista
I applied to a job that was advetised on the Booz Allen Hamilton website and recieved an email from a recruiter asking to set up a time to talk with me within a few days. The during the initial phone focused mostly on the position and about the company. I recieved a second phone call from another recruiter which focused on setting up the first Interview. The first actual interview was approximately a week later and consisted of a three 30-minute interviews, one phone/webcam interview and two phone interviews. The questions focused on my background and experience and strength/weakness-type questions. There was also plenty of time for me to pose questions to the interviewers. All of the interviewers were very personable, polite, and knowledgable. I followed up with the recruiters after not hearing anything for a couple days (after I was told to expect a response by) and found out that the senior interviewer hadn't had a chance to confer with the others and provide a recommendation. A couple days later I recieved a phone call from a one of the recruiters wanting to set up another phone interview, this time with a Senior Associate. The second interview lasted about 20 minutes and consisted several questions about my experience and then was opened up to my questions for the interviewer. Within a week I recieved a telephone call offering me a position.
