Their recruiter contacted me because she saw my resume on my school's career center website. She wanted me to go in for an interview for an internship position but I declined and interned somewhere else. However, I kept tabs with her and was able to get an interview for a full-time position.
At the site, I was with about 15 other people and about 5 people were there to interview us.
It was like a free for all, we all took turns, trying to interview with as many of them as possible. I ended up talking to at least three of them.
Questions were all the same... asked me about my resume, my experiences, how I worked in teams, and why I applied. No technical questions.

The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
