I was called in for a big hiring day event. You go sit at a table and meet with several interviewers. Rather than your traditional technical interview, this was more like having great discussions with each team's head associate to see if you guys were a good fit.

There was a very quick HR interview and then a quick technical interview with pretty standard textbook questions. There was a small amount of looking at code. All of this was done remotely.

Applied, turn-around time of about 1 week to get an interview and receive an offer. Interview wasn’t difficult but lengthy, expect to be asked just as much about your personal goals as your technical background.

Interview consisted of 3 separate 45 minute interviews with each market with BAH. Each interview consisted of standard interview questions along with technical questions. Overall it was a laid back interview.
