Met with four senior managers and an HR representative. Found out after that only two of the managers really mattered. Reviewed my resume multiple times during meetings. Met with HR representative to discuss culture of company and salary expectations. Received call a couple months later from HR extending an offer.

I went through four different stages of interviews over a ~ 1 month timeframe. 1. Screen with recruiter. 2. Interview with hiring manager 3. Technical talk and half-day interview with BAH employees. 4. Interview with DoD client.

Hiring manager asked about my general experiences to gauge my expertise. BAH employees individual meetings focused on technical questions and how I would relate technical content to a non-technical or semi-technical audience. The interview was very professional and the questions were well thought out.
