Entrevista
A friend submitted my resume through the employee referral program. Following, a number of different Booz Allen HR recruiters contacted me to interview with various positions as a technical (not commercial) consultant. I came in for two days of interviews, and met with eight or nine different teams. Many of the interviews had technical questions, and all had behavioral questions.

One interview with 3 people. Just resume focused. I applied for a Mid Level role, so they asked me about some of the school senior projects as well, why do i want to work here, all that good stuff

The process is competitive and has many steps to it. They really care about how you would fit within the team along with your skills and experience. You do end up meeting quite a few people as you move through the process.
