The interviewers were extremely nice and easy to connect with. I spoke with 3 people consecutively in a 2.5 hour interview. They really wanted to get a feel for my work style and potential fit for the position. Later interviewers also were looking at how I approached specific problems.

The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
