I experienced 2 phone screens by two different recruiters. Be prepared to answer salary questions early. The phone screens were quick approximately 20 minutes each. They liked hearing that I was looking for a home long term, have no sense of entitlement, and that I had done some research on the company. Big questions: Why Booz? Tell me about your career? What do you know about BPR? Second part was going to the office for a speed dating interview session. While they say you are not competing with the other candidates, be prepared to get anxious. This is an intense environment. I have never interviewed with so many other people at once in the same room. Its hard to prepare for that going in, but try to calm yourself quickly. I had 3 interviews back to back (2 Associates, 1 Principal) I loved the efficiency, hated the speed dating.
