Initial screening interview. Then, called back for the next round, which was like a speed dating set-up where you speak with different project team managers and are interviewed based on their needs. You rank your preferences and they rank you and a match occurs. Received a call back the following week with an offer.

I went through four different stages of interviews over a ~ 1 month timeframe. 1. Screen with recruiter. 2. Interview with hiring manager 3. Technical talk and half-day interview with BAH employees. 4. Interview with DoD client.

Hiring manager asked about my general experiences to gauge my expertise. BAH employees individual meetings focused on technical questions and how I would relate technical content to a non-technical or semi-technical audience. The interview was very professional and the questions were well thought out.
