Entrevista
Initially, I received an email scheduling a screening for a job opportunity. The interview itself was brief, lasting less than 30 minutes. It primarily consisted of several behavioral questions and inquiries directly related to my resume. However, towards the end of the interview, I was taken aback when I was informed that the position had already been filled. This revelation made the interview feel like a waste of time, leaving me puzzled and wondering if something I said might have raised a red flag for the recruiter, prompting them to terminate the process abruptly.

Entrevista
I was interviewed by a team of three. It was stressed to me multiple times that I should make every effort to be on camera for this interview, and I subsequently made adjustments to my schedule to do so, only for none of the interviewing team to be on camera as well. At the start of the call, the team lead told me it would be a "conversational" interview, yet I was subjected to an hour of rapid-fire technical questions. My questions, which ranged from asking for a recent accomplishment they were proud of to how they foster team collaboration and growth, were met with simple responses or outright silence. After the interview I sent follow up emails to both the recruiter and the team lead. At the end of the week I sent and additional email to the recruiter. It's been a week and I still haven't heard from BAH.
