Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 12 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Booz Allen Hamilton.
Entrevista
They did the old switch and bait technique. Interviewed 2 full rounds for booz - didn't receive an offer after the first 5 rounds because recruiter failed to mention transparency and they went with an internal hire. The second opportunity and second 5 rounds was for a FT position and by the end of those interviews, I was given a verbal offer only for it to change to a contract position and low balled me extremely low. Honestly, a waste of time and quite frankly, one of the most defeating processes I've ever had to go through. 10 interviews completed, over 6 hours worth of my time used by a company that thought they could offer me a non secure job at an unlivable wage. Appalling for a company with high reputation like Booz. Regardless of recession- companies can also learn to respect their interviewees time.

Lots of questions- all around behavioral and technical
Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Booz Allen Hamilton (McLean, VA).
Entrevista
The first step was a phone screen with a recruiter and one in-person interview with the hiring team. The 3 person panel asked behavioral and technical questions. We went through my resume and my interest in the position.

Phone call with the manager. Very easy going conversations and wanted to get to know you and your ambitions. It lasted about 30 minutes to talk a little about the project itself as well.
