Virtual interview with pre-recorded questions and recording of your answer. Interview questions were vague and unspecific making them difficult to answer. Prerecorded questions from officers clearly reading off a screen after being given prior instructions to sit up, smile and look directly into the camera was a particularly insulting, unprofessional touch.

Bit clunky, but ok & covered main requirements for the role. Strength base questions, which are almost impossible to prep for - having to think on feet instead, which is not a bad thing.

Two online tests, one assessing customer service skills. Followed by virtual pre recorded interview. The interview was 8 questions, 5 seconds to prepare, 2 mins to answer, only 1 attempt.
