Initial telephonic interview with valid questions and answers.
Face-to-face with knowledgeable managers and senior staff from the hiring team.
Outcome was conveyed in timely manner.
Offer was sent out bit late but that was down to some management sign off issues(understandable).

Questions that you would normally expect for and automotive embedded software engineer interview. Some embdedded C and low-level driver questions, development process and its significance, a simple C test program.
Then HR questions around how you handle different day to day scenario's, customer interactions, etc.
