It was a zoom interview with the head of partnerships. They were very friendly, professional and encouraging and asked relevant questions to the role to see what knowledge I had. I was also given helpful feedback afterwards. The only frustrating thing for me was that the role was advertised as being for beginners and when I got to interview stage they seemed to expect me to have past experience.
