I sent them my resume through Jobvite on a whim. Got an email later that day from the VP of Marketing to schedule a phone interview for that week. Interviewed via phone and he wanted me to come into the office the next day to meet with some of the team. Went to San Carlos the next day and met with him, two members of the team and their HR person.
