Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 1 dia. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Bosch (Farmington Hills, MI).
Entrevista
The interview process consisted of two interviews -- one on-campus interview at my school and one on-site interview. The on-campus interview was your standard one-hour behavioral interview. "Tell us about a time..."
The on-site interview took about half a day. There were two groups of four students interviewing for the program on the same day, half of us in the morning with the other half interviewing in the afternoon. The process consisted of a short introductory presentation followed by three separate two-on-one interviews. Two of those interviews were basic behavioral interviews, each with an HR team member and an engineer. The third interview was actually a technical presentation over a previous project I had completed. The presentation was about 20 minutes long with a 10 minute Q&A session with an engineer and HR team member.
After these three interviews, we had a half-hour long group project (the three other morning interviewees and myself). The project required us to solve some working relationship problems for a mythical company and then present what we thought while the entire interviewing team (about 7 people) watched. While I thought the group project was a nifty idea, I felt that it gave incentive to everyone to try and take over the situation to prove that they were the "right" choice. This led to some group dynamics that I feel aren't typical for actual engineering teams and led to what one could call as "controlled shouting" -- basically trying to speak up as much as possible and loud enough so that you were the only one talking for all to hear. This also could have been a by-product of my interview group and not the actual process.
After lunch, we switched "positions" with the afternoon interview group that had been doing a fun look at Bosch technology in a car.
Overall, I thought it was a pretty good interview process despite not receiving an offer.

Fairly standard for the most part. The group project was the most unexpected and, for me, difficult due to my reserved nature.
