Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Bosch (Singapura) em abr. de 2021
Entrevista
I applied through Bosch career site for Senior Architect role and I got an email from the Hiring Manager that the position had already closed and if I would be interested in Senior Software Engineer C++ position which I agreed to. Hence I was called in for F2F interview at the site. They had also mentioned that there would be two online tests, C++ coding test to be done in their PC and C++ theory test(for which I carried the laptop) along with one F2F interview.
I had the F2F interview as the first round. Asked what versions of C++ I was using and when I said I wasn't using C++17, they boasted how Bosch used all the new technologies. After finishing the first interview, when the interviewer asked if I had any questions, and when I asked, instead of answering the questions, the interviewer was very rude and said "before answering your questions, let me say how you are faring in the last 30 mins.. Unfortunately you cannot answer most of our questions(regarding C++17). We use new technologies that you are not aware of. So there is no point you writing the coding test and wasting our and your time. We will not proceed further". It was too disappointing as I felt the interview could have happened online too. And no need to call the candidate to office if it is not a fit and waste the candidate's time.

Entrevista
Invited to video interview. There were some general questions and some technical questions. However, since it was prerecorded it was definitely unnecessarily stressful. You have 20 seconds to prepare and 2 minutes to answer. A real interview would be much more effective
They will ask you about your strengths, weaknesses, coding, algorithms, managing team, experience, your project, career development, expected salary. HR team was very nice, and professional. I like their hiring process.
Interview process was quite pleasant.
They went straight to the point and ask a lot of technical questions.
I was with 5 more people, managers and engineers.
Finally I did not take the job, but the interview was good.
