First a outsourced recruiter hired by Bosch reached out via email to schedule a phone interview. After a week, a MS Teams phone interview was scheduled with two people. I assume 1 was a project lead of some sort and the other was a manager. They did not introduce themselves and no information was provided by the recruiter. That being said, it was an ok interview but seemed almost like a sham. Disnterested interviewers, unethical questions that had nothing to do with the job, and lack of introductions by the interviewers made me think the position is not truly being filled.
