A recruiter contacted me about a Buyer position. He found my resume on the Internet. We reviewed my resume. He concluded I was a good fit and forwarded my resume to Robert Bosch. Bosch's HR department contacted me to make an appointment with the hiring manager for a phone interview. The phone interview was basic questions and a general review of my resume. I was then invited down for a face-to-meeting. The face-to-face meeting consisted of a panel of Bosch employs with whom I will later work with. They all asked questions about my background and my interest in Bosch. None of the questions were difficult. I received an offer from Bosch about three weeks later.
