i got hired through a consultancy, first round was telephonic interview with the HR personnel , then they called me for a face to face round next day which consisted of a group interview with the HR personnel and area head and regional head. interview was quite simple, they asked general questions about background and comfort ability of work. i got a call same day only saying i was selected and can come for joining formalities.

First round was face-to-face, second round was on the phone with the retail head. After both calls were done, I was contacted by the HR and intimated about the offer conditions and relocation procedure.
