First, you do an over-the-phone pre-qualification interview, which is not very easy. If they like their assessment, you are invited for a written test which is also difficult. If your overall score (over-the-phone and written test) is good, they will invite you for a third test which is an oral evaluation. Overall the process is not very simple.
