Phone call and follow up interview with 3-4 members of the nursing staff. It was a behavioral style interview and last about 40 minutes. Turn around time was slower than I would have liked so didn’t end up with BCH

Entrevista
My interview was only about 15 minutes. The process was not super difficult, but the environment was very formal. The interview was one on one and was fairly relaxed. I would recommend that interviewees thoroughly research the position before applying.
