To simply put, it was a lengthy and torturing process. I received the initial phone screen 3 weeks after sending in my online application. A month later, I was told the team would like to move forward and had two interviews the following week. Two days later, they asked for my references and wanted them to reply within 2 days, only to reject me 2 weeks later saying they went with another candidate.

First, they introduce themselves. Then, two interviewers ask questions one by one. All questions are basic interviewing questions. After that, I begin to ask interests questions. The whole process takes about 50 minutes.
