I attended a school career fair and got contact information of an employee. So I asked him if he can refer me and he did. I got the first interview and it was an experience interview.

Coding challenge, then soft skills which i did not get to. Coding challenge was online timed in a third party tool. Not very hard but needed more time and didnt move quick enough.

Entrevista
Four interviews in total, all in Japanese. The first interview consisted of Python coding and technical case questions. The next two were both technical case interviews. The final interview with a partner was a mix of behavioral and business case questions.
