I applied through LinkedIn and got a call to schedule an interview in person. As I was traveling that entire week, I suggested a skype/webex during my connection time on the day they recommended. I tried connecting to the webex as I received it, to make sure it would work on the day of the interview and it was not working. This was fixed and on the day of the interview I connected at the agreed time. The interviewer was late, I wrote a message, no answer. Then I called and I was told she would connect in a few minutes. After being 25 minutes late, we finally had a short and simplistic interview. I was disappointed as the first impression was negative, but when I was asked if I would be available for a second interview, I decided to say yes. I wanted to get a better idea about the company and not reduce it to 2 unfortunate experiences. But then no follow up on the date&time of the second interview and I was finally told my application had eventually been dismissed.

Quick phone call, she seemed as if she had several people to call that day. we disagreed on salary fairly quickly so was difficult to go from there. appreciated the candor, however. she was up front about everything, no nonsense interview.
