Originally applied to Generalist track, but the GAMMA (data science) division was more interested in my computational background. 1) 30 min phone screening with recruiter. Mostly fit questions and provided me information on the division and process. 2) Technical Case. Given data set and 5 days to analyze the data and answer their business questions. It was very time consuming for me. If you are very experienced data scientist, the analysis should be somewhat easy. 3) After handing in the results, I was approved to present the results over WebEx to a GAMMA Consultant. The interview lasted 1 hour, 45 min for the case and related Q&A, the remainder for fit questions. 4) 30 minute business case interview with Generalist Consultant (Project Leader). Shortly after was informed that I would not be moving on to the next round of interviews. Overall, it was a positive experience. The recruiters and interviewers were kind and supportive. But it was very time consuming and this wasn't even the last round of interviews, so I wish I could have found out earlier. If my work schedule were not as flexible as it is, I'm not sure how I could have made time for these interviews, technical case, and necessary preparation.
