First round interview, consisted of two 45-minute interviews with consultants at the firm. Cases were fairly straightforward, exhibits were a little tricky. HR questions were very typical "why consulting, why BCG".

Great learning experience. Interviewers were candid about the nature of the roles. Great support from HR, with prompt feedback after each round. There are many online resources to help with case interviews.

Two back to back interviews. Each consisted of 15 minutes of behavioral questions and 30 minutes of a case study. One interviewer was more senior and asked harder hitting questions with a more challenging case. The other was more straight forward.

The interviewer had to change time the day before even if it was scheduled 1month ago. I had two interviews. The first interviewer seemed quite indifferent. They were both nice conversation tho.
