The application was fairly straight forward. I got a call back for an interview very shortly after submitting my application. The first interview had two parts: a virtual case interview with a robot and a regular behavioral interview. The behavioral interview went great and was easy to prepare for; just look at the company values and have STAR experiences that relate to a few of those that you can relate to whatever question they ask you. The online case interview was awful. I applied for a data science position and the interview was focused solely on business consulting and nothing related to my field, so it was very difficult. I did not move on to the second round of interviews.

Standard process for consulting recruiting. Online case study followed by zoom case study with interviewer. Half behavioral, half case study. Was told 2 weeks in advance of the interview so had time to prepare.
