30 minutes screening with recruiter 1 hour interview Do not give the impression that you care or know about the high salaries paid. Recruiter was nice, got back quickly. I did not make it to the next round, but that would have been a conversation with hiring manager, then conversation with partners, then I would have received a decision.

The interview process included an initial call with a recruiter from the business. The next stage was a interview with the Head of Comms. The process went well and was easy enough to participate in.
