I recently went through an interview process for a position at a leading technology company. Before the interview, I thoroughly researched the company's background, values, and recent developments to better understand their mission and culture. I also prepared a concise self-introduction and reviewed common interview questions to ensure I could articulate my strengths and experiences effectively. On the day of the interview, I arrived 15 minutes early to ensure I was calm and composed. The interview began with a brief introduction, followed by a series of questions about my background, skills, and why I was interested in the position. I answered each question thoughtfully, using specific examples to demonstrate my capabilities and fit for the role. During the Q&A session, I asked about the company's future projects and team dynamics to show my genuine interest. After the interview, I sent a thank-you email to the interviewer, expressing my appreciation for the opportunity and reiterating my enthusiasm for the position.

Talked thirty minutes with recruiter on the phone. Discussed why I want to work at BCG, why do I want this position, and to walk through my resume. It was pretty straightforward and just behavioral questions.

Several behavioral questions and a few technical. Nothing that a decent amount of prep time can't prepare you for. Answers are much easier given in a virtual format verses in person.
