The whole process was simpler than normal because of two reasons. The first reason was, I was referred by an employee. The second reason was because I was about to enter a top MBA program in the states then. My qualifications were beyond the requirements of the intern position. Basically, I dropped my resume, and waited for a few days. Then I was called by people on the team which needed interns then. They asked me basic questions and why consulting internship. Then I got an offer within a week.
