I debated on leaving this review because I don't like to speak negatively about a company that I have little knowledge of, but I feel that reporting my negative experience is necessary so the company either improves their recruiting pipeline, or future candidates can stay away and avoid wasting their time. I only went through the initial phone screen, and the recruiter was rude, condescending, disrespectful, and had zero domain knowledge, as reflected in their questions that contained only buzzwords and zero specificity. They told me that if I was interviewing at any other large company, then I should tell them because that is a sign I am only money driven and I should be automatically rejected to further avoid wasting their time. I did not choose to continue in the recruiting pipeline.

Entrevista
Initial phone screen then onsite interview starting with a presentation and then 5 break out interviews. The interviewing committee consisted entirely of junior level individuals but they were interviewing for a senior level position. Nothing about the interview was challenging and no one on the interview committee was qualified to interview me. Honestly, I think I wasn't given an offer because I was more qualified than the entire interview team.

They had no idea what they were doing. It was all high level conversation about LLMs and the specific questions seemed like they were trying to get me to give them ideas to work on.
