The biggest issue is the misleading compensation. The job was advertised as $15/hour + commission, but in reality, it is commission-only with no guaranteed base pay. Even worse, they refuse to disclose the exact commission percentage before you accept the offer.
You are expected to be in the office 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday and work Saturdays if needed — all without guaranteed income.
