Would not recommend applying. I had a very long and involved interview process with multiple rounds and tasks that asked for an unfair amount of labor of the candidate. I was asked to create lesson plans, curriculum, and communications plans only to not be offered the position. I completely understand if I wasn't the right fit, but it seems unfair to ask for so much of my unpaid labor. Very negative candidate experience.

Day-long interview involving sample lesson, data analysis task, multiple interviews with leadership, an observation, and meeting with kids. Overall, an intense but fair process considering the role and reflective of the school culture.
