I have interviewed with several companies throughout my college career, and I can say with confidence that Boston Scientific has the worst interview process. They clearly have no respect for potential applicants. I had met an HR rep/campus recruiter at an on campus info session and handed her my resume and spoke with her about my experience. We then communicated over email for over a month and she notified me about a potential internship opportunity. I interviewed with an engineer who did not seem interested in hiring me or learning about my experiences. Over a month later I reached out to the HR rep to follow up, and she did not respond even though we had met in person, communicated over email for over a month, and I had had an interview. I thought this was extremely rude and disrespectful. Luckily, 2 months later I was offered a position at a very highly reputable company that offered me DOUBLE what I would have made at Boston Scientific so I guess I should be thanking her. Boston Scientific is a wonderful company with amazing products, but the HR department/campus reps need to show some respect for potential applicants or they will drive away talented students.

I talked to Boston Scientific at the career fair at my university and got an on campus interview that week. The next week I went onsite for a second interview and got to meet the hiring manager and team members.
