Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 3 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Boston Scientific (Valencia, CA) em mar. de 2013
Entrevista
The recruiters at Boston Scientific are terrible. In trying to schedule a phone interview, I was stood up four times! Four times for an interview that she scheduled. Finally got her on the phone for the phone screening and a couple of weeks later with the hiring manager. A few weeks after the phone screening I went on-site and interviewed with the manufacturing team - tooling group manager, equipment manager, and process manager, as well as with some of the staff. A month later I was asked to come back for a second interview which lasted about 45minutes. Then ... never head back from them.

Everything was straight forward. No difficult questions.
Straightforward, project based and also a feel for whether you are a culture fit. Expect to speak about previous roles and what you know about the company and their products

The interview process was somewhat long but not unreasonable. 2 phone screens and 3 on site discussions. Questions were mostly focused on the person and not your professional history though they certainly had a set of questions (from a standard form) that each person needed to ask.
Ultimately, it seemed like a great company on paper. However, the financial benefits just weren't competitive. They tried to make up for it with a possible bonus and pushing the fringe benefits of the job but you still need to feed the family and not go back 2 job levels in salary.

Nothing was particularly unexpected except that there were no technical questions. The interview was a lot of "How would you deal with problem X"
