They were tightly booked with multiple interviews going on simultaneously for several hours. My interview was 1 hour total (30 minutes with two engineers). The first engineer was intensely focused on my projects and seemed concerned that I hadn't worked a lot with Solidworks. The second engineer mainly talked about himself and his work, not really helpful for me. I got no response from them after the interview which I viewed as pretty unprofessional. They also emailed me to sign up for an interview just a couple of days before the day they came to campus for interviews (which is sort of a red flag in my opinion). Probably will not interview with them in the future

There were two interview rounds in total: the first with HR and the second with the hiring manager. Each lasted about thirty minutes and followed an informal, conversational structure. The discussions focused on my background, communication style, and overall fit for the role, rather than technical assessments or formal questioning.

The interview was all behavioral and was done online. It was very chill and they were very quick with their responses. They went over my resume and wanted to know about my goals for the co-op and what I was expecting.
