This was a few years ago, the process might have changed. It was a 3 step interview, one with the managers, one was a test, and the final one with the Senior Manager. It later includes a physician test and an anti-dopping test.

The interview process was: Phone interview with Human Resources the person asked about my experience, education... Interview by video call with 3 people, technical test about layout a document, and English test about all the skills.
