Phone interview with recruiter, phone interview with hiring manager (about 30 minutes), two interviews with team members (about 30 minutes each) , and research presentation (40/50 minute presentation plus 10 minutes for questions).
Was offered a job after a successful internship. Was great. Interviewed for the internship through a formal but transparent process that felt very fair. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a job!
